I was a bit reluctant about the Business Analysis training before joining it as I was making a decision to change my career and was juggling with my options. The classes were very interactive and his teachings with simple examples helped to better understand the concepts even with a Business Management background. A very strong desire for change garnished by a well-seasoned up-to-date and hands-on training from Fred has changed my life. I started the year with a strong desire for change. Though I had a ‘good job’ as a professional accountant but I knew I wanted more out of life than I was getting and started praying. My husband suggested I take a BA training with Fred. With no knowledge of what it entails and a misconception that it is quite technical, I reluctantly spoke to Fred and his words were indeed encouraging and built new enthusiasm in me so I decided to give it a go. I got the BA text book and started studying but it created more doubt than hope. I however decided to keep my hope alive and joined the end of March training session;hungry for knowledge. I must say, the content of the training was excellent, delivery was spot-on and it was very practical/ hands-on to the point that I was able to discover myself in it. Thank you for a great course! I was impressed how well it was run with no time wasted at all. Very challenging course but well laid out and presented by Fred. It was a very enjoyable 2 days, expert and knowledgeable trainer who really helped with learning with a wealth of real-life examples from his experience. The course was thorough, educational, practical and enjoyable. The LIVE project that we worked on was like the icing on the cake. It made me see that I was really a Business Analyst. I gained practical experience around the tools and techniques that BAs use. Fred was absolutely fantastic and explained everything clearly. I attended the Business Analysis training with little or no knowledge of what BA entails as I had a background in Environmental Sciences and also having worked in core manufacturing companies in my previous life.
