About Mainstream Careers

Mainstream Careers is a muti-award winning consultancy and tech training provider that helps organisations to fulfil their staff recruitment needs, support their Business Process documentation requirements and all aspects of IT / Project Management, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud solutions, Data Cleansing and Modelling, amongst others.

We also help organisations and individuals stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of tech. We offer a wide range of programs that are suitable for individuals at all levels of experience, from beginners to experts.
In addition to our standard training courses, we also offer customised training solutions for organisations that have specific training needs. Our team of experienced instructors can work with you to design and deliver a training program that meets the unique needs of your organisation.

About the Founder

FRED OJIGBANI

Fred Ojigbani PSM, PSPO, CSM, SPS, MBCS is the Founder and Lead Coach of Mainstream Careers Limited – an IT training company that focuses on coaching aspiring IT professionals regardless of their background and supporting them throughout their transition from newbies to IT experts. Desiring to help individuals in his community transform their careers, Fred started coaching and mentoring individuals to become Business Analysts and PMO Analysts in 2012. Since then, Mainstream Careers has successfully trained and mentored thousands of individuals, many of whom have now gone ahead to become well respected Senior Business Analysts, Agile Specialists, Project Managers, Programme Managers and IT Consultants in their respective industries. Under his leadership, Mainstream Careers has grown from offering just one course in Coventry alone, to now offering over a dozen highly sought-after courses globally. Fred has over 13 years’ experience working in various consulting positions across the energy, charity, health and financial services sectors. More specifically, Fred has consulted for FTSE 100 companies such as Barclays Bank, Lloyds Banking Group and the Royal Bank of Scotland and has been involved in various major programmes, including EDF Energy’s £2bn Smart Metering Programme. He obtained his Bachelors degree in 2004 and then proceeded to obtain a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Coventry University Business School, Coventry. He was named Business Person of the Year 2023 at the SME Business Awards, Northamptonshire.
